The inorganic core materials of the product has been tested separately and achieved Class A in accordance to American Standard ASTM E84, also product has undergone the self & flash ignition test and achieved ignition temperature 450°C in accordance to American Standard ASTM D1929, International building fire code including Latest Edition of UAE Life & Fire Safety Guidelines requires minimum self ignition temperature for ACP/MCM should be 345°C.
Hence the product meets with all the toughest fire regulation while retaining the possibilities for the concept and design of buildings, it allows simple processing, weatherproofing and above all fire safe.

Requesting clients to adhere following important points before the installation for smooth handing over of your projects: 1) At First level, undertaking letter must be submitted by your Main Consultant OR Fire Consultant to CIVIL DEFENCE mentioning Project Name, Plot No./Area, Project Floors, Type of building etc in order to obtain NOC prior to the installation of Facade System. You can download format of Undertaking Letter which is issued by Dubai Civil Defence. here... wherein all involved parties must sign/seal to undertake that used cladding wall system meets the Latest Edition of UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice in terms of Design, Supply and Installation, and registered by Civil Defence. 2) Secondly, Installation of ALUCOPANEL® A2 at project Site must be as per Certified Installation Drawings listed in Civil Defence as Consultant have to undertake on their Letter Head that Installation Inspection will be carried out by specialist at (20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%) of the project stages, so please adhere to the usage of the same assembly components which have been used while Fire Testing (NFPA 285 or BS 8414-1) Large-scale Facade Fire Propagation Testing Standards. WARNING: IN CASE OF ANY CHANGE IN FIXATION DRAWING WHICH DEVIATES CERTIFIED LISTED ASSEMBLY SYSTEM THEN CLIENT SHOULD CHECK FROM CIVIL DEFENCE THROUGH THEIR FIRE CONSULTANTS, MAYBE CIVIL DEFENCE WOULD ACCEPT ENGINEERING EVALUATION IF CHANGE IS MINOR, BUT THIS IS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF CIVIL DEFENCE.
