We are proud to offer the world’s first Dubai Civil Defence approved external wall facade system featuring a Euroclass A1 Core ACP. This groundbreaking innovation is 100% non-combustible and ensures no smoke development in the event of a fire. ALUCOPANEL^® A2, recognized as the first to achieve Dubai Civil Defence approval, with an A2-s1, d0 classification per EN 13501-1 standards. Its core, comprising 90% non-combustible minerals, effectively prevents flame propagation and restricts smoke development, offering unmatched safety and durability for facades.

Meeting the rigorous standards of fire class B-s1, d0, ALUCOPANEL® FR is officially approved by building authorities. It delivers a reliable, fire-retardant facade solution without compromising aesthetic or structural integrity.

ALucopanel FR Class A is designed for high-performance signage and display applications, offering verified fireretardant properties. This lightweight yet rigid composite material ensures exceptional durability, making it a reliable choice for various indoor and outdoor displays. ALUCOPANEL® AHCP is an advanced aluminium honeycomb composite panel composed of multi‑layer aluminium foil expanded into a hexagonal honeycomb core, bonded using aircraft‑grade adhesives between aluminium alloy skins. This engineered structure delivers exceptional rigidity, superior flatness, high mechanical performance, and very low weight. The panels serve high‑end commercial, industrial, engineering, transportation, clean‑room, and aviation‑related environments requiring precision, stability, and durability. Production is exclusively customized in thickness and dimensions against confirmed project orders.
